Campaign Role: Influencer Coordinator & Social Media Specialist
The Nebraska Alzheimer’s Association and Max I. Walker partnered for their 13th year on their annual “Ultra Chic Boutique” event. Ultra Chic Boutique’s mission is to provide gently used and affordable formal dresses for the community. All dresses are donated to Max I. Walker, dry cleaned and sold for only $30 with all proceeds benefiting the Nebraska Alzheimer’s Association.
PRSSA members partnered with Max I. Walker’s Marketing Director, to create Ultra Chic Boutique’s very first social media influencer campaign. This idea was created, planned and executed from November 2019 to the event date, February 1, 2020. PRSSA partnered with six local Omaha influencers to help promote Ultra Chic Boutique through fun and engaging content on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. The campaign generated over 62,000 social media engagements. PRSSA also provided day of event volunteers, photographers and social media specialists. Ultra Chic Boutique raised over $21,000 this year coining nearly $4,000 more than last year.
