This is my research paper from my Media Communications Research class from the fall of 2019. It is on about how Chinese-American adoptees discover bicultural identities. I choose this research topic as it is close to my heart. I was adopted from China when I was nine months old by a Caucasian family. As I grew older, I found it difficult to be in touch with my heritage and find my true identity.
